How long does my hair need to be to wear clip-in hair extensions?
We believe that your own hair should fall to shoulder length. This will allow for a more natural look and will help blending of your own hair and the extensions.
I'm having trouble decided what colour should I pick?
If you are struggling to find the right colour we certainly can help! Just send us 2 photos of your hair preferably one in natural light and the other in artificial light and a member of our qualified team will recommend the best colour to match - either exactly or by best blend.
Can I straighten, curl, cut and wash SKR Hair extensions?
Absolutely. You can actually treat them just like you would your own hair. Please remember that, like your own hair, human hair extensions are not indestructible so treat them with care and respect. See our Aftercare section for more tips.
What will I receive ?
You will receive a total of 10 wefts. They are as follows:
Two Wefts with 1 Clip (1.5 inch weft)
One Quad Weft with 3 Clips (7.5 inch weft)
Two Wefts with 3 Clips (6 inch weft)
Five Wefts with 2 Clips (4 inch weft)
Is buying secure?
We have chosen to use PAYPAL as the handler for all payments. They are one of the major payment companies in the world and are used by many high profile companies. Your details are encrypted and are protected by the data protection act and will never be viewed by our staff members.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and can accept payment via PAYPAL. It is one of the most trusted and secured methods for completing online transactions. We cannot accept bank transfers, cheques, postal orders, money orders or cash. Please do not send any money in the mail as any all money received will be donated directly to charity.

I believe I have received the wrong item - what can I do?
Please send an email to info@skrhair.com with your order number so we can correct the error and have the right product to you as quickly as possible. I'm not happy with my product can I return it?
At SKR Hair we want the buying process to be as stress-free as possible and that means not having to worry about being stuck with something that doesn't suit you. Can I cancel my order?
We will try our hardest and if your products haven't been shipped yet we can make amendments. Please note that if your package has already been shipped we are unable to recall it and you will need to return it to us if you want your order cancelled.
